This privacy policy explains how RLongmanLtd (trading as Let's Love To Work) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use this website, sign up to receive emails, or contact me.

RLongmanLtd is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What data I collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, I may collect:
- Email address — when you sign up to receive the Agency Diagnostic or join the email list
- Name and message content — when you contact me by email or via a booking link
- Anonymous usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location, via Google Analytics
- Email engagement data — opens and clicks on emails I send, via MailerLite
Why I collect it and the lawful basis
I use your data to:
- Deliver the Agency Diagnostic and any other resources you've requested (lawful basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, contract)
- Send occasional emails with insights, reflections, and updates about my work and the new book (lawful basis: consent)
- Respond to enquiries and arrange consultations (lawful basis: legitimate interest)
- Understand how the website is used and improve it (lawful basis: legitimate interest)
You can withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who I share your data with
I use a small number of trusted third-party processors. Each handles your data on my behalf and is subject to data-processing agreements:
- MailerLite — stores your email address and manages email delivery. Based in the EU. MailerLite privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — anonymised website usage data. Google privacy policy.
- Calendly — used if you book a consultation. Calendly privacy policy.
- My hosting provider — stores the website files and any server logs.
I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
How long I keep your data
I keep your data only as long as I need to for the purposes set out above:
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, or until the list is inactive for an extended period
- Email enquiries: typically up to two years after our last contact, unless we're in active conversation
- Analytics data: in line with Google Analytics' retention defaults (currently 14 months)
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Ask what data I hold about you (right of access)
- Correct anything that's wrong (right to rectification)
- Ask me to delete your data (right to erasure)
- Restrict how I use your data, or object to it being used
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time

Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies, mainly for Google Analytics (anonymised usage data) and the MailerLite embedded forms. None of these are used for advertising or third-party tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, please email me first so I can put it right. If we can't resolve it together, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. For significant changes, I'll let email subscribers know directly.
