My Approach

I use the Big Five Personality Questionnaire as the foundation for all my coaching, giving individuals and teams a clear, evidence-based picture of how they work and lead.
The Big Five Personality Questionnaire (BFPQ) is based on the well-established Big Five personality traits model: an evidence-based way to understand how people think, behave, and respond in workplace situations. It highlights patterns that shape leadership style, communication, decision-making, and how individuals operate under pressure.
I am trained and accredited to administer the BFPQ, ensuring it is used in a way that is both ethical and meaningful. As a business psychologist and certified coach, I bring both the depth to interpret what the data is telling you and the coaching skills to make it genuinely useful.
Following completion of the questionnaire, I create a personalised report written around your specific context and goals, so the insight is practical from the start.
Trained & Accredited
I use the BFPQ to build awareness, ownership, and choice. The goal is always application: understanding yourself well enough to make more conscious decisions about how you work and lead.
Your personalised report gives you
- A clear picture of how you naturally tend to think, lead, and respond at work, including where you are at your best and where patterns may be getting in your way
- Practical language to describe your experience. Many people find the report names something they have long felt but struggled to articulate
- Insight into how others might experience your working style, and what that means for your relationships and impact
- A clear map of where to focus your energy and attention
How It Works
What working with me looks like
Every coaching engagement is tailored to the individual or team. This gives you a sense of how the process typically unfolds.
A first conversation
We start with an informal conversation to understand where you are and what you want to change. This is a chance for both of us to get a feel for whether working together makes sense. There is no commitment at this stage.
Complete the BFPQ
You complete the Big Five Personality Questionnaire online. It takes around 20 minutes and there are no right or wrong answers. It simply reflects how you typically think and behave at work.
Your personalised report
I create your personalised report based on your responses. This goes beyond the standard output: I write it with your context, goals, and challenges in mind, so it is relevant and useful from the moment you read it.
Profile and coaching session
We work through your report together, connecting your strengths and blind spots to the real challenges in front of you. You leave with greater clarity on how you operate, what is getting in the way, and the choices available to you.
Ongoing coaching
Subsequent sessions focus on application. Together we identify the focused, achievable shifts that change how you experience your work and how you show up in it. This is where insight becomes agency.

For mid to senior leaders who want to build real agency in how they lead, decide, and experience their work. We work through your BFPQ profile and connect it to the challenges you are facing, building momentum through focused and practical sessions.
This is for people who are ready to take a more active role in shaping how they work and how they show up, making more conscious use of who they already are.
Group
Group and Team Coaching
Each team member completes the BFPQ, and we bring the results together in a facilitated session designed to build shared understanding. Teams often discover that what looked like conflict or dysfunction was simply a lack of awareness about different working styles.
The result is a team that works more intentionally, with greater trust, clearer accountability, and less unnecessary friction.
